MAILCHIMP NEWSLETTERS

Regular informative newsletters are STILL a great way to reach your customer base and let them know about new products or services or what is happening in your business. Using Mailchimp, let me create a fully branded newsletter template with your logo and colour palette, upload your marketing content and images, then we pick a time to launch it to your list of clients on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.

SPECIALIST LEGAL SECRETARIAL SUPPORT

Having extensive experience of working within the legal profession at Partner level I am able to offer legal secretarial services. Over the years I have worked in many areas of law, including: Conveyancing, Family Law, Matrimonial Law, Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Wills & Probate (including Powers of Attorney), Criminal Law, Litigation, Private Client, Employment Law, and Dispute Resolution.

I undertake audio and copy typing of all legal documents, letters, reports, statements, Briefs to Counsel, attendance notes, preparation notes, file notes, bills. In addition, experience of transcribing multi-voice recordings of meetings, disciplinary hearings and conferences.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Superstar management expertise to make events run smooth as silk. Having spent many years working at Partner level for large corporate firms, I have organised Partner Away Days, Partner lunches, departmental Away Days, departmental parties, and Partner/client dinners. You can rely on me to confidently research venues, negotiate preferable rates, arrange catering, equipment, and entertainment. I can also create printable workbooks/delegate packs for workshops and seminars and attending events to assist*

PROOFREADING & EDITING

If you have an article, blog post, editorial, or marketing information etc that you would like checking through, I can proofread it for you and make amendments to any typographical errors, spelling or grammar. I can also make suggestions on rewording or layout.

SOCIAL MEDIA SET UP & SCHEDULING SERVICE

With a strong background in social media content management, I love setting up social media profiles for business on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. I am also able to schedule your social media posts on a daily, weekly or monthly basis across all of the platforms your business has a presence.

Pricing

PAY AS YOU GO VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE

The hourly rate for virtual assistance on my Pay As You Go contract is £25 per hour. PAYG allows you to pre-book my support as and when you need it, but with no ongoing commitment. This is suitable for one-off projects, if you only need support during busy periods, or if staff are off sick or on holidays. For this service you will be invoiced at the end of the month and payment must be received within 14 days. If payment is not received within this timescale, a late payment charge will be applied. If you are looking for consistent, regular support, my retainer packages will be of interest.
VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE RETAINER PACKAGES

WHAT IS A RETAINER?

A Retainer Package is perfect for the client who needs a mixture of ongoing (usually repeat) large and small tasks completing throughout the month, rather than one-off projects. The benefit being that my clients are invoiced for a specific amount of hours each month, which helps with their budgeting.

Retainers are charged in advance for the month ahead, and not the month just gone.

Why do you pay upfront? Because you are paying to retain (and guarantee) my time, so you know that you have X amount of hours to use every month. It’s great for your productivity too, because you know you have to use up those hours, so we get things done!

Client Case Study: One of my Retainer clients has a 5-hour package. Over the month, I help them with their social media content and scheduling, setting up their monthly newsletter, and updating their website with new content, including blog post uploads.
